Not so cold November Rain

leave a comment »

It is on misty nights like tonight that one can see the small amount of beauty that is still left in this city. The rain has created a haze of enjoyable moisture on this fairly warm November evening. The air is filled with little few drops that fill the face and lungs with a tingling of excitement, this drab wasteland of a metropolis has the inkling of importance. Philadelphia is seen once more as it once was: a city built for life but destroyed by the sub castes of humanity. So it drags on and on, like a coma patient who can not escape its’ fate.
The tumor that is the people of this town are its’ shame. It is they who have killed their beloved streets and merchants, the trust is gone, there are only the buildings waiting to become the new ruins.
A city on life support, one bad day away from oblivion, already irrelevant to its’ community.
